Home of Saracens rugby club, StoneX Stadium is not only a state-of-the-art sports stadium – our meeting rooms and spaces cater for events on all scales, from a modest gathering to a corporate event for over a thousand guests. Our team can turn any occasion into a memorable, truly bespoke event to inspire and impress your guests or associates. Remarkably for a destination with such convenient rail and road links, StoneX Stadium also boasts hundreds of free on-site car parking spaces and 26 acres of green space available to hire. With lounges, meeting rooms and conference suites our spaces are as varied as they are versatile.
OUR INCREDIBLES SPACES
Named because it holds the famed 80 metre warm-up track from the London 2012 games, the Olympic Bar is one of our largest and most versatile spaces. The area which houses the track, taken from the London Stadium following the Olympics, offers a blank canvas and accommodates up to 2,500 guests, making it the perfect venue for events requiring extra capacity such as product launches, dinners, fashion shows and large drinks receptions. The space presents an industrial feel but is easily transformed and has played host to lavish celebrations, weddings as well as corporate events and dinners.
The STONEX Suite incorporates the Fez, Tulip and 100 Club offering an impressive, extensive space with a terrace overlooking the pitch. Measuring over 800m2 and with a first-class audio-visual system, befitting such a premium venue, this space can host up to 1,000 guests for a reception style event – a rarity among London venues. The suite is situated on the first floor and can seat more than 700 for dinner, opening onto a private balcony overlooking the pitch. The size and versatility of this space gives it fantastic scope – our events team can tailor this exceptional space entirely to suit your corporate identity or personal vision.
Opening on to a covered private balcony overlooking our world class rugby pitch, the Tulip Club, situated right at the heart of the stadium, can accommodate up to 300 guests for dinner. Daylight streams in through the pitch-side façade making this versatile space perfect for summer functions and parties where guests can look out onto the spectacular grounds. The Tulip Club is the largest of our first-floor spaces and can hold 400 people theatre style, 300 for dinner, 220 for dinner and dance, and is fitted with state-of-the-art audio visual equipment. Fabulous views, a stylish bronze circular bar and beautiful wooden flooring are among features that give this flexible space the wow factor.
With views stretching out over green fields, a large built-in bar and a picture wall honouring Saracen’s top players, the exclusive 100 Club is a popular choice for a wide range of events. Named to celebrate the elite that have played over 100 games for Saracens, this space can hold 160 people cabaret style, receptions for 370 people or dinners for 270. As successful as a spectacular 21st birthday party nightclub as it is in hosting a food launch, this venue can be easily transformed to suit every event or theme.
There is an air of exclusivity around our Players’ Lounge, which hosts Saracens and their families after every home game, making it the perfect setting for smaller functions and meetings. With a stunning outlook over the pitch and views of London stretching beyond, this versatile space can hold up to 150 reception guests or seat up to 90 in a banquet style setting. Whilst also a fantastic meeting space, this room is often favoured for more intimate functions and special occasions – the fact it is frequently graced by rugby legends certainly lends it a star quality.
With awe-inspiring vistas over our legendary pitch and 26-acre grounds, our 16 executive boxes are guaranteed to thrill guests and clients. For added versatility some boxes can be combined to create more space, ideal for smaller events or equally suited as breakout rooms for larger functions – the boxes are an ideal chill-out zone to complement a party venue! Furnished to the highest standards, the executive boxes can be hired for daily use and as serviced offices for up to four people. They all boast state-of-the-art AV equipment appropriate for any meeting or smaller-scale presentation. Their superior feel and finish also makes these rooms perfect as a VIP bridal suite, offering an inspiring space for the bride to prepare for her day.
OUTSIDE SPACE AND PIAZZA
With spaces to suit all occasions, StoneX Stadium offers both green open space and true versatility in great supply – a rarity amongst London venues. We have several distinct spaces within our extensive grounds enabling clients to choose an area that best suits the scale and nature of their event. From pop-up cinemas and employee fun days to weddings with either outdoor or marquee ceremonies, our beautiful 26 acre green-field site provides the perfect backdrop to adapt to your unique requirements. Our striking piazza, with the capacity for up to 1,000 guests, is among our impressive outdoor facilities which rival any in Greater London.
Our full size, 4G competition standard rugby pitch is suitable for a variety of different sporting events from American Football to fun with inflatables. The pitch can also be booked privately for training sessions, school matches, family fun days or sports days.
Our 8 lane, fully marked 400m athletics track is available to hire throughout the summer for a range of athletic competitions (please note that reduced lane access is applicable during rugby season). With 8 lanes available on the home straight, the track is ideal for sports days, club or regional athletics meets and can also be booked for private training sessions.
StoneX Stadium is just 400 metres from Junction 2 of the M1, 12 minutes inside the M25 and right next to the North Circular. StoneX Stadium offers up to 800 guest parking spaces and access to a road network to take you anywhere in the country.
From preparing a light buffet for a modest gathering to serving a banquet style dinner for several hundred guests – our StoneX Stadium award winning, in-house, catering team always impress. We understand that the right menu is a vital component to a memorable day, and we share your desire that your guests or clients are as inspired by the high standard of catering, as they are by the setting. As a prestigious London venue with wide ranging client needs, we regularly meet and exceed the expectations of even the most discerning diners. Our team of accomplished hospitality staff and catering managers will work with you to create the perfect menu. Paul Sim, our executive head chef, comes from a strong restaurant background and he and his team offer an extensive range of menu options, from food stations for larger events, to a few choice preferences for more intimate events. We also respect that sometimes clients will require dry hire for specialty, cultural or religious catering such as Kosher or Asian cuisine and we would be happy to discuss your exact requirements.
